I was disappointed by the stay. The room was very small, with a tiny bed, chair, and cabinet, and the room and the hotel overall felt unclean. Even the location was below average. It didn't meet basic expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were so friendly, and the service was amazing. Everything about my stay was great and felt just like home. It was an unforgettable experience, and when I visit again, I’ll definitely stay at comfort hotel 😍

The breakfast didn’t match what the advertisement promised, and the rooms’ AC wasn’t working. The place also felt unclean and disorganized, with no privacy. The elevator kept breaking, so we had to climb 2-3 floors. The stairs were scary, which made that walk even worse.

We couldn’t eat the breakfast even though we’d booked bed and breakfast. The “buffet” was only a few sad bits of egg, tomato, and cucumber. Getting to the hotel felt unsafe too. Our taxi couldn’t reach it, so we walked along dark, steep streets while creepy men stared at us. The staff were rude and careless, and the whole place smelled horrible. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Our room was dirty, and we were given the wrong one when we arrived. There were cockroaches and insects in the bathroom. The towels were ripped, holey, and stained, the beds were uncomfortable, and there were no tissues. When we asked, they gave us toilet paper instead. The kettle was rusty and disgusting. We didn’t dare use the wardrobe or drawers because they were so dirty our hands turned brown, so we kept everything in our luggage. No one came to clean our room during our stay, and there was no room service at all. The stairs were tiny, spiral, and very steep.
