The location makes it a handy base for seeing Istanbul, a short walk from Taksim metro station and the Taksim Tünel bus stop. It's on a picturesque street near Taksim Square, with local supermarkets, restaurants, and hairdressers close by. The hotel is lovely and affordable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My room was convenient and atmospheric, with all the necessities and a good bathroom.

I really loved staying here, so I added two more nights. The room is spacious and cozy, and everyone is warm, even the cats. Honestly, it's hard to find a hotel in Istanbul that's this nice and hospitable. One thing I especially liked was how nice the hotel smells. I look forward to staying here again when I'm in Istanbul.

The staff made this stay for me. Everyone was kind, cheerful, and ready to help, and I’d gladly recommend Calanthe Residence. I stayed in a triple room with two balconies and really enjoyed it. The place itself was absolutely stunning.

The value for the price is really good, and I recommend it. The hotel has a nicely done retro look, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped me get some medicine. It’s very close to Taksim square. The neighborhood isn’t perfect, though that seems true of many parts of Istanbul.

I’ll definitely come back. Calanthe Residence was perfect for my stay, and the room had a nice vibe. The staff were so kind, especially Fatie (probably misspelled), who was really friendly and lovely.
