We stayed in a sea-view room. If you sleep lightly and like leaving the window open, I’d suggest a street-view room, since it seems quieter. Our room had a very comfortable bed and was exceptionally clean. There was a toilet issue, but it was fixed within minutes. Everyone working there was kind and helpful. It’s a great base for a city break, close to most of the old city’s main attractions. I’d definitely stay again on my next visit :) I’ve added a few photos, but they were taken just before checkout after four days of use, so there’s a bit of mess.

There are lots of restaurants and some bazars within walking distance, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious food, though it’s on the pricey side. The place was comfortable and clean, and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My one complaint is the walk to the main tram stop is more than 10 minutes. That stop takes you to most of the rest of the city, like the ferry and train station.

The location was good, and the reception staff kindly carried our large luggage up the stairs to the first floor. I’m not sure if there was a lift. Still, hauling everything physically was really tiring. The room was very small, with barely enough space to open our bags. Room service was poor, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water. The washroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and I found an old inner garment in the wardrobe. We were really disappointed with the room, cleanliness, and service. The location was the only positive.

Waking up to the sea view was a dream. My room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect too. The hotel was fantastic!

The hotel has its own restaurant, which is a great spot to try Turkish cuisine. The staff and their service are wonderful. I’m sure I’ll stay here again if I return to Istanbul.
