A short walk from Taksim Square, the location was excellent, and the 24 hour reception was great. It was easy for taxis to drop us off and pick us up. The street frontage isn’t impressive, with broken tiles that need attention, and the rooms could use a makeover to bring them back to 4 star standard. Inside, the double bed was comfortable, the shower cubicle was spacious, and the water pressure was excellent and hot. The towels were nice, and staff promptly dealt with issues with the toilet and television. We’d happily stay again.

The breakfast was very good, fresh and well prepared, and Taksim square is conveniently close for getting around, shopping and finding restaurants. The service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and ready to help, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mansoor and Farouq. I had a wonderful stay.

The economic room worked well for me as a solo traveler, and breakfast was well served. Staff were friendly and helpful. Taksim square is just a 1 minute walk away, with plenty of shops and food all around.

At Line Hotel Taksim, the staff and service were good, and everything else was fine. The one disappointment was a black mark or stain on the bed sheets. Although the item seemed to have very little value, we were still charged for it. I felt let down, since respect and understanding toward customers matter.
