Taksim Nacre 360 Suit

We booked 10 days and left after just one night because there were problems from the start. When we arrived, the hotel was shut and no staff were there. We waited outside in the dark for 20 minutes until the neighbours found someone to let us in. The AC started leaking onto the bed, and staff were never around. Reception told us to call or message if we needed anything. They refused to refund us, and Booking.com still hasn’t helped us get anything back. We’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was one of our worst experiences. Please avoid this seedy little place.

Please don’t spend your time or money here. My room’s air conditioning didn’t work, and when I asked for one with working AC, the host left me waiting in the lobby until 1 am. There’s no real staff or customer service, and he was very rude and full of attitude. The area felt unsafe for families, and getting there meant a long walk up a hill through an old neighborhood. The property offered no service or amenities, and getting to it was awful. I’m sure he’ll reply saying this review is fake, but there’s already a whole discussion with Booking.com customer service. After I posted my review, he behaved like this, as the attached screenshot shows. This was my worst experience. The hotel should be removed from the platform.

The building looks old and dirty from outside, but inside it’s almost brand new, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and speak English really well. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The reception team were friendly and easy to approach. Inside, everything feels brand new, and my stay was enjoyable. The bathroom is roomy, with a nice hot shower, and there’s fast WiFi and good AC and heating.
