The reception opened the door to my friends at 4:00 am because the morning and evening shifts hadn’t communicated. Breakfast was miserable: they only offered one egg, cooked the same way each day. Once they ran out of bread and went to “buy” it from a nearby bakery. On cleaning day, the cleaner asked if I wanted the room cleaned. Of course I did, but she only emptied the trash and cleaned the bathroom. She didn’t make the beds, and we had to ask her to change the sheets. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The miserable hotel was the worst part of being in Istanbul.

The people are nice, the view is wonderful, and otherwise I’d give it five stars. The furniture could use some work, and there was a smell in the bathroom. Please consider providing toothpaste, a toothbrush, and tissues. The lobby also feels very dull at night because there are no lights. I’ll definitely return and hope these things get fixed.

The whole hotel smelled bad, and the room was dirty, with an unclean floor and old towels. There were no tissues, and the walls didn’t block sound, so we could hear the neighbors. The valet parking was rude. Bad experience, I don’t recommend it.

The staff were energetic and friendly, and the manager, Omar, was especially helpful and kind. Service was outstanding. We had a calm stay in a big room, with a very nice view and a fancy restaurant. The location works well for families, and the price seemed fair compared with nearby hotels. I had a really good experience and recommend it to everyone.

At around 66 euros per Apartment on booking, the price is okay. The location by the goldenhorn near miniaturk isn’t bad, though you may need a car. There’s a restaurant on the terrace. Reception staff need to think faster and take action.
