I’d stayed here often before and always enjoyed it, but this visit was a letdown. Our room wasn’t clean when we arrived, and the shower didn’t work properly. Service felt much worse than I remembered. Some staff were friendly and helpful, while others came across as unprofessional and more focused on charging extra fees than looking after guests. Sadly, it’s not what it used to be.

The area is beautiful, safe, and full of life. The only thing to bear in mind is that getting to the building we stayed in took a while because of the crowds on İstiklal road. The hotel is newly renovated, with clean rooms, toilets, and beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we didn’t have any problems.

The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, and the shower didn’t work. Some staff were friendly, but others seemed focused on charging us. We had a guest come to our room for one hour, and they charged us 4500 lira.

Avoid this place. The building is old, and there was a lot of noise in the room and outside, making it the worst night ever. They charged me twice for the room and wouldn’t refund me. When I said I’d leave a bad review, a woman at reception told me to go ahead because she didn’t care.

Beautiful hotel and a BEAUTIFUL breakfast!!! I love MR Hussein, thank you so much for the extra simit supply!! God bless you, man. The view, breakfast, and airport car service were 100/10.
