The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well kept, with a quiet feel after a busy day. Having parking on site was a big help while traveling around Istanbul by car. The City Suite Hotel is also handy for JJ Arena and shopping spots including Buyaka Shopping Mall, Canpark Shopping Mall, and Meydan Istanbul Mall, all just a few minutes away. I had a really pleasant stay and would happily come back. It’s a good value option on Istanbul’s Asian side for events, work trips, or a short visit, and I’d recommend it for both business and leisure.

The room condition and cleanliness were unacceptable, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It smelled strongly of smoke, and part of the ceiling was leaking (see photo). The floor hadn’t been cleaned, and there were traces of feces around the toilet rim. I was very disappointed with my stay.

The room was practical and clean, and the staff were easy to approach. Things seemed well organized. I chose the place for its location, and that worked out well.

Getting around was easy from this good location. We found the rooms clean and quiet, and had a comfortable stay without any real issues.

We got a lot of help from the receptionist, Serhat Dayi. He’s the best. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.
