Sam Suite Hotel Taksim

We were there for nearly 15 days, and the bed was uncomfortable enough that my partner developed back pain after the trip. I'd booked a king-size bed, but they had just pushed two single beds together, leaving a big gap between the mattresses. Staff told us the hotel only offers single beds joined together, not proper double beds. They should make that clear before guests pay for a king-size room. We also tried the swimming pool twice, but the water was unbearably cold and we couldn't enjoy or properly use it. For a stay this long, comfort and basic amenities matter. This place didn't meet reasonable expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to relax in, and breakfast had a good range of choices. The atmosphere stayed warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Staff were very kind and ready to help, and they even arranged transfers to any destination, which made getting around easy. A very pleasant visit, and one I'd gladly repeat.

The staff were really helpful, and the breakfast was my favorite part. There was something different each day, with amazing food and a great restaurant. The room was spacious and clean. It's near the Congress center, but getting to central Taksim or Galata means a 10 -15 minute uphill walk, so be ready for that.

We spent a week at NAZ city and had a great stay. The food, atmosphere, and hospitality were all wonderful, and every part of the visit, from check-in to checkout, felt carefully handled. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely designed. Omar, Zahra, and the Tunisian staff member whose name I can’t remember were especially helpful and did a lot to make us feel welcome. One of our best hotel experiences, and I’d happily recommend it.
