The staff made this a terrible experience. They were aggressive from the first day and seemed ready to argue whenever we disagreed. When we asked the receptionist for help arranging food delivery, they tried to charge us 700tl, claiming it was the restaurant’s delivery fee. We declined and went to the restaurant ourselves, where we were told delivery was free. Be careful, this felt like a scam. The hotel was also extremely unclean.

We had a dreadful stay, with rude staff and too few basic things provided. We asked repeatedly for clothes hangers, but none appeared during our four days there. There weren’t any chairs either, so we ended up draping clothes around the walls and wardrobes. I needed a chair at the desk to use my laptop, and reception said I’d have to pay extra for one. Avoid this place. It wasn’t worth it, and I’d shut it down if I could.

The Hera Maltepe Hotel & Spa was a good choice for my stay. The room was tidy and clean, and the staff communicated well. It was handy for getting to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, and the price was very affordable.

Horrible. There were cockroaches and hair in the bed, no AC remote, a key that didn’t work, and no safe.

A horrible experience. Service was awful, and the kids at reception were rude while all acting like managers.
