The Soul Istanbul Hotel

I loved the warm, welcoming feel of this small boutique hotel. It’s cozy, and the service was excellent, with kind, attentive staff who were always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious, a great start to the day. You’re right in the heart of the city, with lovely streets to wander and an easy walk down to the Bosphorus. It’s a great way to take in Istanbul. I’d recommend staying here for the comfort, charm, and service.

The hotel's design is beautiful, and the staff are lovely. But the noise is a real problem. It's in one of Istanbul's party areas, so there's noise nonstop, and you can hear it in the rooms because the sound insulation isn't good. The bed is too soft as well. The design seems to have taken priority over comfort.

It’s a lovely, tidy place, and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfasts were delicious, and the polite staff were always ready to help. Small and cozy, with a great location, just a five-minute walk from Istiklal Street.

My friend told me the staff would take good care of me, and I’m so glad I listened. They’re wonderful and super helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and the hotel is a little gem in a lively local area, full of coffee shops and artisanal boutiques, while still just a stone’s throw from the main Istiklal shopping street. Great value for money.
