Vois Hotel Bostanci & SPA

The rooms were clean and the service was good. The location is ideal for metro travel, just a minute from the station. You can take the M4 straight to the airport, and the tourist spots are about an hour away on it.

The AC wasn’t working, so I called reception. She told me, “I kindly ask you to bear with it,” or in the original, “Idare etmenizi rica edicem.” The hotel needs a good manager. People aren’t doing their jobs.

I stayed for two nights and was happy with the spacious room and bathroom. I also asked the staff about attractions outside the old town, and they explained them very carefully. Thanks for all your help, staff!

On my first night, I couldn’t wait to leave. The room smelled awful, and while my booking said non-smoking room and Wi-Fi, there was no mention that the rooms were for smokers. The lady at the desk was very rude when she told me the entire hotel was for smokers. She couldn’t speak English, so discussing it was pointless. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all either. The place costs 40€ but is worth less than 20€ a night. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. I am grateful, though, for the couple of kind guys at the desk.
