The location was really convenient, and the rooms were both comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful that we felt at home. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Thanks to everyone who made it so nice.

The reception staff were very attentive and did their best to make the stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and nice, but there's a smoky smell that makes them nauseating, and washing the curtains and linens doesn't get rid of it. The hotel is next to Erdem Cakmak Hospital, which does a lot of cosmetic surgeries on foreigners. Personally, I wouldn't allow smoking in the rooms. Without the smoke issue, this would be perfect for post-operative patients recovering from surgery. Thank you very much.

Everything needed for social life is just a minute away, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I liked the hotel. It was also easy to reach Istanbul's European side, since the metro and highway are very close.
