The bright, spacious rooms with Bosphorus views were my favorite part of the stay, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and soft bathrobes were nice extras. The windows are positioned a little oddly, though. It didn't spoil the stay. Service was warm and professional, and a dedicated butler even walked us to our room. In Gümüşsuyu, The Artisan MGallery combines contemporary design with artistic touches and a peaceful feel in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms are beautifully designed, with memorable views of the Bosphorus. We also tried Topaz, the Michelin-starred rooftop restaurant, and the Art&Kitchen bistro. They offer creative local dishes and excellent cocktails, with Istanbul's skyline as the backdrop. For me, this is more than just a place to sleep, and a memorable way to explore the city in comfort. 10/10. Video review on my Instagram account: @lucianabucico

Being part of the Accor Hotels group, this place felt reliably well-run. Everything seemed organized, modern, and comfortable as soon as I walked in, and the hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Taksim Square is only a few minutes away on foot. That made getting around, using transportation, and visiting the restaurants, cafés, and shops in the lively neighborhood easy. A pleasant, dependable stay for anyone who cares about cleanliness, safety, and being near Istanbul's key areas.

The Bosphorus-view rooms were worth paying extra for. Breakfast in the restaurant at the top of the building was a great start to the day, with lovely views and good food. We also had excellent service. The staff went out of their way to make our stay better and sorted out any problems quickly. A very good hotel in a good location.

We changed our stay because the location really wasn't convenient for us. The rooms were comfortable and nice, and the hotel had good facilities. I wouldn't suggest it for tourists who want to go out and explore, but it may suit you if you're looking for a restful stay and don't plan to head out much.
