The supermarket downstairs was a big help for us. We could shop and make things at home without having to drive or walk elsewhere. By car, it was 3-4 minutes to the center of Old Foça and 4-5 minutes to Karakum beach. The house was clean and everything was in order. It had a TV and internet, a stove, tea maker, electric kettle, basic kitchen items, and enough plates and glasses. They also brought us things we needed, like a hairdryer and duvet. There was a place on the balcony to hang wet towels and swimsuits. We could reach the hosts by phone and they were helpful. We mentioned a few issues, including the layout of the building entrance. Overall, it was a nice place and good value.
