I regret booking 10 nights. Guests arriving in the middle of the night made so much noise that one night, when three people checked in, I couldn't sleep. The cleaning staff also came to the rooms at dawn, disturbing guests' rest. They don't seem to respect it. I don't recommend this place.

I didn't realize at first that there was parking behind the building. I thought the only parking was at the front, so keep that in mind when booking. The room was surprisingly nice: very clean, with everything working, and the staff were polite. I liked having a service cart outside on every floor, so you could pick up anything you needed or were missing. Very handy. No complaints from me, and I'd gladly return.

The location was really convenient, and my room was clean and tidy. The staff were attentive, polite, and very nice. Thanks to everyone who looked after me. I'd be glad to stay here again.

The deluxe room was spacious and nicely decorated, but filthy. There was no cleaning at all during my week-long stay. I bought cleaning products and did it myself, and reception wouldn't listen when I complained. The cleaning staff were VERY VERY BAD. The place is well located, with fast-food spots, small restaurants, Armoni park, and the bus station all within walking distance. Baran was amazing, the most helpful and well-mannered receptionist. He was quick to help, greeted me with a smile, and spoke great English. The others weren't at his level. The hotel needs improvements.

The room was really nice and clean, and the hotel was very good. Murat and Yusuf were smiling at reception. Everything was the best.
