My spouse and I spent 10 days in Istanbul, and the house we rented was just right for us. It was spotless and comfortable, with a cozy, home-like feel. The location made getting around easy: Taksim Square was a 15-minute walk, Istiklal Street was less than 8 minutes away, and there were plenty of supermarkets nearby for everyday needs. The woman who handed over the keys was especially lovely, polite and friendly, and made us feel welcome. We’re already looking forward to coming back to Istanbul, and would choose this house again without hesitation.

Getting around from here was easy, with central spots and transport within walking distance. For a studio, the room was roomy and practical, and it was the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The host and her assistant were friendlier and more helpful than anyone I've met at other places. Picking this hotel was a smart choice!

The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was a smart TV. I didn't cook, though the room did have a hotplate, cookware, and cutlery. The stay itself was fine and felt like an authentic Turkish mahallede. For public transit, there's a train at the Takisim stop, about a 20-minute walk away. That can feel like a long trek. The bus gets you within a 10-minute walk, but it only comes every 35-50 minutes.

Someone even tried to climb onto the balcony. The owner seemed to care only about getting paid. This neighborhood and the place felt completely unsafe, with thefts all around and people covering for each other. The worst experience I've ever had. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑
