We left that same night and found somewhere else to stay. The bathroom and corridor floors were dirty, and even after we asked the housekeeper to clean while we were out, they were still dirty when we returned. The housekeepers had left with our keys, so we had to wait 50 minutes in the lobby with small children until someone brought them back. An absolute disaster.

The staff were so attentive and helpful, even arranging a courier to return belongings I'd left in the room. I found Zer Suite by chance and was very pleased: the furnishings were new, and the rooms were spotless. It's right in the heart of Şişli, with everything within walking distance. Thanks to everyone there for the care. Next time I'm staying on Istanbul's European side, this will definitely be my first choice.

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. It's a good place to stay, close to the area's main spots, and there's a washing machine available.

It feels warm, friendly, and pleasant here. Alevek is clean and decent, and I felt comfortable. I'd recommend it to everyone. 👍
