The breakfast room was so cramped that when I went down in the morning, there wasn't a free seat. The elevator situation caused trouble too: there are two, but one was broken, so getting around was difficult.

The location was just okay, with little to do nearby unless you take a cab. We went looking for dessert at night and the closest place was 10 min away. We stayed 2 nights through Jolly Tour, and check-in was easy, our keys were already waiting on the counter with our names on them. The restaurant had enough choices for us as vegetarians, though tour groups can make peak times busy there and in the elevator line. My A/C gave me trouble, but the front desk sent someone within seconds. The bathroom has no ventilation, so you can leave the door open and hope the room fan helps. Snacks in the basket and drinks in the fridge cost a lot, though I guess that's standard for a mini bar. Our room faced the “courtyard” (i.e. ventilation), so road noise wasn't an issue. The bed was firm enough to fix your back.

Oguz was especially friendly, and the staff were lovely too. I'll be back soon!

I could see cement and darkness when I looked out my room window, which faced an odd inside section of the building. The room itself was pretty small, and there was a random massage table taking up space for no reason. The restaurant food was good, but the portions seemed really big to me. It wasn't horrible, just not the best, and there was room for improvement.
