I left feeling refreshed after a calm, relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. There were lovely little surprises in the fridge, including complimentary drinks and snacks, which made me feel welcomed and cared for. Those small touches really made a difference. I had an amazing stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the location is great. Breakfast could be improved: I'd prefer orange juice and an omelette instead of scrambled egg. Hale was the best staff member on the night shift.

I'm glad to be out of Archstone hotel. It was a shocking experience, the worst I've had, and something didn't feel right. We were a group from London UK. The sauna wasn't working and the WiFi kept crashing, but when we complained, the Manager and a lady behaved nastily and told us not to complain and to stay somewhere else. The guy even said, “you people why you come here,” which I found very offensive and rude. A lady was robbed, and the staff refused to help her or assist with calling the police. They even wouldn't let her make a phone call after her phone was stolen. I won't be staying there again anytime soon.

We've had a great stay at Archstone. Hale at reception has been wonderful and is happy to answer any questions. She speaks English very well. The restaurant staff have been really helpful too. I'd recommend this hotel every time.
