The rooms and the rest of the place were dirty, and the food quality was low. They charge too much and, in my experience, will mislead you however they can. Don't assume the four-star label means what you'd expect. Read the reviews first.

4/10
The hamam was okay, but I wasn't happy with the köpük, kese, and massage. Ask exactly what's included before agreeing, because the version I got felt cut short. The hotel was clean for its age, though clearly old. Breakfast was very basic, the bread was too dry, and they wanted extra money when I asked for yogurt with my cereal. For what you pay, it was very basic, and definitely not a four-star hotel.

The place was dirty and expensive, and the service wasn't friendly. When we asked why towels cost extra, since the place across the street was half the price and included them, the guy got really angry.

Just one star, if that. The rooms were bad and not clean. One of the worst hotels I've seen.

Hygiene was horrible, and the massage was below average. I wouldn't recommend it.
