Merve won us over before we even arrived. Her English was very good, and she was friendly, polite, and quick to help with all our questions. Her interest in making sure we felt confident and happy with our choice is what led us to book here. Once there, the fresh homemade breakfast, the big park across the street, and the metro nearby all added to the stay. The hotel has a lovely family feel, with warm people and a reassuring sense of safety. Manager Cevdet deserves congratulations for the welcoming atmosphere, his kindness and professionalism, and the employees he has chosen. Oğuz, usually at reception in the afternoons and evenings, was one of the kindest people we met on our travels. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had all the shower essentials we needed. The morning shift receptionist was especially friendly and helpful. The location made getting around easy, with the train and metro, kultur park, and restaurants all about a five-minute walk away. This felt worth more than a two-star hotel, and the price was worth it. I'd happily book again.

The only real snag was the noise through the thin walls. We had loud neighbours for two nights and ended up falling asleep late. Otherwise, the rooms were roomy and very clean, even though the hotel is clearly old. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the location is great. I'd recommend it.

I’ll miss Pakize! The place was so peaceful and impeccably clean, it felt like being at home. The staff gave exemplary service, and their generous hospitality made the stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience, and I appreciated it a lot.
