Blanca Hotel

Handy for a work trip, with clean, nice rooms. Mine was meant to be non-smoking, but it definitely smelled like someone had smoked in there. Had a bit of a stink.

The location made it easy to get to the main attractions, with the city center only a short walk away. My room stayed very clean and well maintained throughout the visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with whatever I needed. I had a really pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The rooms were lovely, clean and tidy, and the hotel itself is nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was good, so the trip was good overall. But this was my first and last visit. I asked about the laundry price and a staff member said they didn't know. When our clothes came back, the bill was massive, and only then were we told they charge per item. They weren't clear about the cost, so I won't return. I'll post about it on TikTok too, so everyone knows.

The food was very good, mostly served buffet-style, and the vegetarians in our group had plenty of options. The rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was very nice. Service was good, though communicating could be difficult if you speak English. I was here as a tourist with Rainbow Tours, and the location wasn't ideal for me: there were no shops or sights within walking distance. Our guide also advised us not to walk around at night because of safety concerns. Still, it was a nice place to stay.
