Banu Hotel Luxury - All Inclusive

Ferhat made us feel right at home and helped with every question. He always had a smile, and now feels like family. The food was fine, just what you’d expect from a three-star hotel, with a good variety and new dishes every day. One night was Turkish night, with kebab, kofte and similar food. The cleaning staff were friendly and our room was cleaned daily. Getting to the city center was easy by taxi or dolmus. Dolmus cost only 10 lira per person, and taxi was also cheap, around 70 to 100 lira. We’d recommend banu botel if you’re on a smaller budget but still want a pleasant stay.

The hotel is clean and lovely, and the staff are warm and helpful, always doing what they can to meet your needs. There’s a nice range of food and drinks, and the service was excellent throughout. It’s also very close to the seafront. I’m coming back in six weeks. Highly recommend :)

Dilber was especially lovely, always smiling, polite and ready to help. The whole staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve come across. The rooms are a good size, modern and fresh, and the hotel is clean. I liked the food more than at the other nearby hotel I’d stayed in before, and could always find something to eat, though breakfast could be better. I found Banu fantastic value for money and preferred it to the larger place I’d stayed at. I’d happily return and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We stayed for three days. The breakfast was great, and the location is good, but the rest was poor. It’s a small hotel, and although it’s all inclusive, lunch and dinner were just salad and vegetables. They gave us shampoo and shower gel only once. The pool is so small for the number of rooms that you can only sit by it, not swim.
