Our room was spacious, clean, and smelled of wood. The owner, a woman who served breakfast and answered our questions, was polite and nice, though I'm not sure if she was actually the owner. Breakfast was simple but tasty. There's also a little cozy garden with several pets. I didn't notice any downsides during our one-night stay and would definitely recommend the place.

As'Salamu alaikum, We stayed at Melekli Konak in Amasya at the end of August 2023, and it felt like such a precious place. The room was beautiful, with very comfortable beds and pillows, and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and modern. It's a quiet spot, just a five-minute walk from the center and one minute from the river. The staff were lovely and available whenever needed. Breakfast was amazing, and the Turkish coffee is a must. I'd dream of visiting Amasya again and staying here, insha'Allah.

The location is right in the centre and still quiet, and check-in was easy. We loved our room and its bathroom decorations, and the courtyard is stunning. What a hidden gem in Amasya, our stay was perfect.

The traditional Turkish kahvalti was served in this homely little hotel, where cats and dogs, the hotel's pets, wander around. If you're afraid of animals, that might be something to consider. Our room was spacious enough for two, and the bathroom was large. Both were covered in wood, which made them interesting.

The rooms are clean and have an authentic, old-time feel. It's about five minutes away from the noisy tourist street, and the location worked well for us. The people who work there were attentive, welcoming, and flexible. Highly recommended, with special thanks to Gülşah and Mehmet!
