Bornova Otel

The room had no closet, and the shower wasn’t separated from the toilet seat, so the whole bathroom gets wet. There was no internet in the room, no phone to call room service, and the room wasn’t cleaned. The bed and sheets didn’t seem very clean, and there was dust in the corners. Paying by credit card also costs extra. For this level of service, the price should be lower, since you can book a better hotel with breakfast for the same amount. The view is exactly the one shown in the photo.

I only needed somewhere for one night, and this hotel was on my way, so I stayed. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, the blanket was very thin, and the outside noise made it impossible to sleep. When I tried to shower, water leaked everywhere. Honestly, sleeping in the car would have been better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I arranged the booking by messaging on WhatsApp and communication was good. The hotel is away from the main road, about a 10 minute walk from the main bus terminal, and the room had good air conditioning. There was a leak in the shower, but otherwise I was satisfied with it as a 2 star hotel.

The manager was extremely rude, and getting our money back turned into a problem. We didn’t sleep the whole night. This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in: the service was bad, the workers were rude, the rooms weren’t clean, and neither the shower nor the air conditioner worked. When we tried to speak to the workers, they were very cold with us. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
