The service was the only good part. Our room was really dirty, with a nose sticker stuck on the wall, and the bathroom had mold and smelled bad. There was noise all night. The songs were nice, fortunately, but we couldn't sleep.

We had a luxurious room, a beautiful view, and good service.

The hotel needs to take responsibility for its taxi drivers. We were scammed by the hotel taxi, and nobody helped us sort it out. We travel a lot and haven't had this kind of problem in any other country. It made the trip so upsetting that we don't want to return to the city, and it made our stay horrible. There was also kokarich in our room from the first night. Apart from that, it was a cozy place for a family. We stayed more than three nights because the employees gave us a warm welcome. For the price and location, the service was as much as you could expect. The one thing we missed was an iron, which this kind of hotel should offer to guests.

My son and I were happy with our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and services were provided promptly. All the staff were friendly and qualified. I recommend staying here. Gulnar Shakirova, Kazakhstan
