The host was lovely and very helpful, and it was about a 15-minute walk to Konak metro. I had the huge second-floor apartment, with my own balcony and a fantastic view. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was antique. I'd totally recommend staying here.

The place was spacious and cosy, close to the bazaar and the waterfront, and everything else was very good. Some furniture is worn and a little broken, but it was okay.

The rooms are spacious, the beds really comfortable, and the view is dreamy. You can use the terrace and the rooftop, which has chairs and benches and an amazing view. The host was friendly, supportive, patient, and understanding. I'll definitely stay here next time.

The rooftop has incredible views over Izmir and the sea. Inside, the cosy rooms have a vintage look that feels classy, and you can tell a lot of thought went into each piece.

The views from the rooms and terrace are one of a kind, and the interiors have an authentic feel. Don't expect anything high-end, but that sense of place is part of the experience. The flats and houses are in a historic district of İzmir, very close to the city center, where local people live rather than in a cluster of hotels. It can take a little while to get used to the surroundings, but the area feels safe and authentic, and you get to feel like a real neighbor. The service was top-notch. Hotel staff stayed in touch and arranged things quickly whenever we needed them. If you want an authentic stay with great service, this is the place.
