The room photos looked lovely, and there were a few options to choose from, so we picked one that seemed right for our trip from Muğla to Izmir. What we found was nothing like the pictures. We weren't expecting a brand-new hotel, but basic cleanliness mattered most to us, and the room was filthy. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, with old mascara marks on the pillowcases. We asked for replacements, but those had stains too. The duvet smelled so bad that even after we put it on the floor, the odor stayed. Customer service was good, but the lack of attention to cleanliness was so bad it felt like a risk to our health. We were completely unhappy with the stay.

The rooms were clean and felt safe, and Mr. Hakan was so friendly and attentive that it made the stay for me. I’d recommend this place.

For a stay in Izmir, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Hakan Abi was incredibly helpful, and I really appreciated him.

Mr. Hakan’s warm, friendly manner makes you feel at home here. It’s a safe place I return to whenever I visit Izmir, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

The team at Algani Tourism’s Alsancak branch was very helpful. They provide accommodation services, and I’m happy to recommend the company. Thanks to the staff.
