The owners and staff are warm and attentive, and the place feels easy to reach, dependable, and well run. I found the rooms clean and hygienic, with no bad smells, stray hair, or other issues. My one suggestion would be replacing the TVs with smart TVs. I've used hotels and guesthouses since I was a kid, and I think customers should give places like this priority.

We booked it just to spend the night on our trip to Izmir, and it worked well for that. The 1+1 apartment had the basics covered, including plates, cutlery, shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning, a TV, and a fridge. It was clean enough for us, and the reception staff were helpful. There isn't a private car park, though finding a spot nearby may be possible if you're lucky.

The reception staff were a real help, and the rooms were nice. I stayed for 4 days. Check-out at 12 was especially convenient, and the price and quality compared well with nearby places. I'd recommend it.

We stayed as a family and found the apartments clean and comfortable, with friendly, attentive staff. Getting around was easy too. When we're back in Buca, this is the only place I'd pick.
