We had a really nice few days here, and the staff were friendly, lovely, and helpful. It’s a great place for the price. I took off one star because there was no cleaning during our stay, and we didn’t get fresh towels or toilet paper. If you need anything, you have to ask at reception.

My family and I spent three days at Helen Inn on vacation and were very satisfied. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was convenient. Staff were professional, courteous, and consistently helpful. I strongly recommend Helen Inn to anyone visiting İzmir.

It’s a pleasant part of town, near plenty of attractions but without much of a touristy feel. The rooms were clean, and the owner and staff did their best to make sure we were comfortable.

I really appreciated the small things, like having coffee and water in the room and downstairs. Aral checked me in and was especially thoughtful and attentive. The room was spacious, the shower had great pressure, and the price felt fair. It’s a quieter, safe area where you can get to the park and busier parts on foot, then come back and properly unwind.

The hotel is in a handy spot for sightseeing, shopping, or going out to eat. My room was spotless and well kept, with everything I needed to feel comfortable. The reception staff were warm and helpful as soon as I arrived, and made sure I was looked after throughout. I had a great stay and would come back.
