Kizil Suit House

After arriving tired from my trip, I paid before seeing the room and went upstairs to rest. That was when I found the blown bulbs, insects crawling around, human remains everywhere, and moldy bread left in the cupboards. The water heater was electric, so hot water came only from the bathroom tap, not the others. I put up with one night just to avoid the hassle of canceling. I’ve stayed in good and bad places for work across many cities, but I can’t even call this one bad. Take my advice and stay somewhere else. It’s bad enough that this is the first hotel review I’ve ever written.

We were coming from out of town for our engagement party and had discussed a check-in around noon or 1 pm. When we arrived, they said that wasn’t what we’d agreed and made us wait until 5. We absolutely don’t recommend the place. Don’t make the same mistake.

The rooms were clean, the staff attentive, and the atmosphere excellent. Everything felt perfect, and I haven’t been this satisfied in a long time.

The staff were very helpful, but the room let the place down. There were bugs, and the cigarette smell was strong, even on the beds.
