The staff made our stay at Perla Pura relaxed and stress-free, and we really appreciated it. After my wife’s surgery in Izmir, she needed time to recover. The team provided a chair for the shower and let me bring a plate from the excellent breakfast selection to our room each morning, since she was sleeping past the official breakfast hours. As she got better and could go out, they arranged taxis for us. They also called a restaurant ahead when we chose one and booked us a great table with sea views. The service from everyone was top class, five-star service at a four-star hotel. The hotel is a newly restored period building with lovely decor. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well proportioned. It was our first trip to Izmir, and apart from the surgery, this hotel and its staff will be our other lasting memory. Thank you, Perla Pura staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel is pleasant and well located in the city center. I stayed from 05.-07.11.2025, then realized at Izmir Airport that I’d left my wallet in the room. The hotel immediately sent a staff member by taxi to bring it to me. Thank you again for the service!

After spending 14 hours on a train, we arrived exhausted and only hoped to leave our bags. Instead, the hotel let us check in three hours early, which felt like the best gift. The staff were professional, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. That thoughtful welcome made our stay unforgettable.

I stayed for three nights while getting some dental work done. The hotel was lovely, the staff very friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. I’d love to stay again next time I’m back in Izmir.

The location worked well for shopping, with the bazaar and other shops nearby, and the port was close enough to visit. Perla Pura is modern, and breakfast was fresh and nice, with traditional Turkish cold foods. We could ask for an omelette too. A better toaster would be useful. The staff were amazing, friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our room was cleaned well at first, but toward the end of our 19-day stay, quite a few things were missed.
