Mr. Ilgin, who works in the breakfast area and at the bar, is so friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Ms. Hilal at reception is also attentive, polite, efficient, and professional, while still making every interaction feel warm and personal. The whole team delivers wonderful service and makes guests feel valued. I stay here for 2-3 days every year with my fiance, and the experience is consistently excellent. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the facilities are outstanding and thoughtfully organized. I look forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended!

Mr. Mazlum deserves special thanks for being polite, helpful, and always going the extra mile to keep guests comfortable and satisfied. Ms. Hilal at reception is professional, efficient, and guest-focused, with a courteous, approachable manner that makes interactions easy. Mr. Ilgin in the breakfast area and at the bar is kind and attentive, and his warm, professional welcome adds something special. I come here for 2-3 days every year, and it keeps exceeding my expectations. The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The facilities and amenities are high standard, and it's clear care goes into making the stay pleasant and relaxing.

On 4th March 2026, I visited the hotel for a Spa treatment on -2 level and had a massage and scrub from the beauty therapist. My main concern was being exposed to men in a female-only hammam. During the treatment, between 21:00-22:00, two men walked into the hammam while I was unclothed. The sign above it clearly said WOMEN ONLY, and the therapist was alarmed and tried to close the treatment door, though she shouldn't have had to do that. The hotel does not take its duty of care toward guests seriously. This was a shame and is very concerning for the privacy and safety of women staying at the hotel or visiting the SPA area.

Our shower wasn't draining properly, and it took two requests before anyone finally unclogged it. Housekeeping was fantastic, and the room had a small refrigerator and two complimentary bottles of water each day. I'd also like to thank Mazlum and Sila for their excellent service. Arriving with a vehicle was challenging. There's a temporary parking area in front for guests checking in, but there are no signs to point it out. It's tiny and can be difficult to enter depending on which direction you approach from. Valet staff move cars to an offsite garage, and both the service and parking are free.
