The Pirol was a comfortable place for a break, even out of season, and the room was good. It’s well placed for walking into town. There are plenty of facilities for summer, too. My wife and I stayed for a week. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the buffet meals at breakfast and dinner were excellent value with lots of choice.

My mother and I stayed for just one day, but it felt like a year in the best way. I’d been hard on my body, and the hotel helped me relax. The spa floor downstairs has a large thermal pool, a hot tub, a Turkish bath, and a steam room with menthol. They all help you feel healthier and more relaxed. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and bathrobes were provided free to use. The staff were kind and ready to help with any problems. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious buffets, and there was also a free tea hour with snacks. We had an amazing experience. I totally recommend going, especially since the nightly price is really cheap compared with other hotels.

The location was perfect, close to the city, the sea, and Alaçatı, and the hotel offered lots of activities. We did have a few problems with our room, but Bahadir and Akif sorted them out very quickly. They’re both really kind and friendly employees, big props to them 💗✨. I found the hotel quite good overall, and in the end, it’s a good place to stay.

The people working here were what made the difference for me. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, so I felt truly welcome. Everything was clean and the food was amazing. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Really nice hotel overall, with an excellent service and incredible conference rooms. At every coffee break we had snacks, coffee, and tea. The spa complex is really good, and the food is at least decent. One of the best hotels in Turkey.
