Royal Palace Boutique Hotel

The rooms have good facilities, but the hotel is run quite amateurishly. What it needs is a good manager. You can't improve management through baseless slander, though.

We got a clean, affordable 1+1 apartment for three people, and the staff were very attentive. Thanks for everything. Whenever I come to Izmir, I’ll definitely stay at Royal Apart again.

The room had a lot of thoughtful touches, especially the washing machine, and the staff were cheerful and polite. Most of them being women made me even happier. They sent photos of the room, the location, and all the details we needed as soon as we called, which was a real plus. After looking at many hotels, we’re so glad we chose this one. There were a few things to fix: no mirror made makeup and face treatments difficult, the doors don’t lock, and the toilet was a bit of a problem. I hope they sort those issues out. Still, with the amenities, those things didn’t bother us too much, and the service and care were excellent.

I’m here for a long business stay, and they clean the room as often as I ask. Hülya is especially helpful and quick to assist with any issues. There’s parking for 4-5 cars, and you can also park on the street. Nearby markets and restaurants make things easy, and the in-room kitchen lets you cook if you want. It’s close to the highway, so getting around is simple. I’d choose this place again when I return.
