The manager and his team were incredibly kind when our luggage was delayed. They followed up with the airlines and went above and beyond to help, which you don’t find everywhere. The place itself was clean and tidy, and we’d happily recommend it. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the metro, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Thanks so much for the help and the stay.

We’d stay here again. As two women, we found the staff professional, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are good value, and having staff at reception day and night made the hotel feel safe. They pay attention to their guests. The street has lots of competing hotels, so there’s people coming and going all day and night.

The older man with glasses, apparently the owner, made us feel deeply uncomfortable. We were two women, and he touched us and kissed our hands. His behavior was intrusive and completely unacceptable, and he came across as sleazy. The hotel was noisy and didn’t feel safe, since the door couldn’t be locked from inside. The room itself was acceptable, though old and not worth the price. The location was poor too.

Mesut was so friendly and fun 🤩🤩🤩 The family room was huge, and we loved this hotel!

We spent three nights here. The reception staff were polite and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress was lovely, and the bathroom was big too. The nearest station takes an 8-10 minute walk, so the location wasn’t ideal.
