Sun Suit Hotel

The friendly staff, good price, and nice room decor were positives, but cleanliness was disappointing. There were small hairs in the fridge and toilet, plus brown spots on the wall beside the toilet. The pipes were also a problem: every time we flushed, the room smelled of sewage. When we complained, the cleaning staff said it was the pipes, that it had been happening lately, and that nothing could be done. I wish they paid more attention to cleanliness.

The breakfast was a letdown. There was little variety in the hot food and cheeses, and many things you’d expect as staples of a Turkish breakfast were missing. There’s only so much hard-boiled egg one person can eat. The location was great, the rooms were fantastic, and the staff were wonderful and helpful.

The receptionist and owner became like best friends to me, and the place felt like a sweet home where I didn’t feel away from my own. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was good enough, and getting to the main part of the city was easy. The price is unbelievable compared with other hotels. I spent around 40 days here on a long business trip, and the staff are what made the stay and the memory stand out. Everyone was endlessly kind and accommodating, especially Mr. Batuhan, who welcomed me, answered my questions, and suggested places to eat. The room was immaculate, with amazing views and accommodations. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with Sun Suit Hotel. I had a wonderful time and can’t recommend it enough.
