Güleroğlu Rezidans

The smell of damp inside was so bad it felt like there was no oxygen getting to our brains. The reception staff acted as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. I’ve never seen so much dirt and filth kept together in one place. What kind of residence is this? There wasn’t even a tissue. After a guest checked out, they didn’t clean the room at all. The smell of feet from the walls made it hard to eat, the water was cut off, and the sink was broken. It left us seriously traumatized.

My girlfriend and I stayed for four days, and the room was comfortable, clean, and really nice. The staff were warm and helpful whenever they assisted us. Thanks for everything, I’d recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean, and I really appreciated how friendly the staff were. I’d definitely recommend it.

For what you pay, this place isn’t worth it. The air conditioning was broken, the TV didn’t work, and the toilet was disgusting. There weren’t even tissues or liquid soap. We had a reservation, but they still left us stranded. Our room faced the road, and the traffic kept us from sleeping. I’ll never go near the place again.
