The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of dishes at the open buffet, and the price was affordable. Our room was spotless and newly decorated, with a small refrigerator and kettle, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is near the main shops in the center, and the staff were super friendly and spoke English well. Thanks for the best accommodation in Kahramanmaras. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were very friendly, and the hotel's central location was a plus. The room was clean and breakfast was standard, both good. The water outage wasn't pleasant, but I didn't make an issue of it since it was a municipal problem. I needed a shower, so reception sent me to a public bath. They said that, as a small hotel, they didn't have a water tank and that almost all hotels in Maraş are the same, though one should have been installed. Not having a tank is a real drawback. I didn't speak with the other staff, so I can't comment on them.

The first room we were given hadn't even been cleaned, so they assigned another one later. There was no running water in the rooms, not even at the sink, and the air conditioning wasn't working in this season either. The hotel was a complete disappointment. I know there was an earthquake, but how can the service still be this poor afterward? I'll never stay here again.
