Susuzlu Atlantis Otel

The kitchen staff made amazing, delicious dishes, and the service was excellent. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, and the conference room was great as well. The location is perfect, close to the city centre, police station, banks, and transportation.

The free valet parking was really convenient. We called in the morning, and the car was ready by the time we came downstairs. Reception was very helpful too. The rooms are beautiful and much bigger than expected, with a bedroom area, desk, couches, fridge, and safe. The TV built into the mirror looks modern and is pretty amazing. The room was clean, with hot showers and a big sink. Wi-Fi needs improvement because connecting was a hassle, and having to get the room card validated at reception every day was annoying, even if it only took a minute. We were very pleased with our three-night stay and will definitely return.

The staff are friendly, and the breakfast was very good, with lots of choices including different cheeses, olives, and eggs. This is one of the best places to stay in Izmir. The hotel has been newly renovated, so the rooms are clean and nice, and they’re bigger than I expected.

The location is great, with multiple shops nearby, and you can find better hotels close by. I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel: there are a lot of problems. The internet isn’t stable, and when I turned on the air conditioner, I smelled cigarette smoke. My neighbor was making noise, so I told reception, but they still hadn’t resolved it.
