The rooms look good and the staff are polite. I stayed two nights, and the woman at the breakfast buffet was especially nice. But all the rooms are smoking rooms, and I could smell smoke even on the bed sheets. Also, the area isn’t safe at night during winter, so don’t stay out late.

The room photos can be misleading. The room was small, the pillows dirty, the walls damp, and the area noisy. The bathroom was especially awkward: when I tried to stand up, I hit the shower glass, and with the accordion door I couldn’t get out. The streets felt like a ghetto, with creepy people around. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even to my enemy.

I left and changed hotels quickly after the staff treated us so rudely. I felt they were trying to take advantage of foreign guests. It was an absolutely horrible stay, and I’d tell others to look elsewhere.

The stay was lovely. Everything from breakfast to the bed was clean and in order, and the facilities were up to par. The room size was okay, and it’s close to the metro station and Agoda open air museum.
