Volley Hotel İzmir

The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the rooftop pool and bar were especially good.

Arda Fatmanur was very kind and always willing to help.

We spent five nights in a queen-size bedroom. Having a small living room as well gave us a decent amount of space, but the room was in poor condition. Several lights didn’t work right, the only chair was broken and smelled awful, and the little couch had a huge white stain. The carpet and upholstery didn’t look clean, and there was mold in the refrigerator. The bathroom’s sewer smell got worse over our stay. Nobody came to clean, and no one offered fresh towels during the five nights. Staff communication was also difficult, as barely anyone spoke English. One person spoke a little but couldn’t understand our request for another blanket. We’d been given a small double blanket that wasn’t enough for two adults. The breakfast buffet was so meager that we stopped eating there and asked for a refund for the breakfasts booked for the remaining nights. They wouldn’t refund us. On Friday, March 25th, the power was out for almost 12 hours, and we weren’t compensated for that either. This place looked much shabbier in person than in the pictures and ruined our trip. I’d look for another hotel.

The staff were respectful and the stay was perfect. I’m booking here again for my next trip to turkey!
