Yayla Hotel

The breakfast was superb, better than we expected. There was also extra tea and water in the lobby, even though those weren't included in what we'd paid, which was a lovely touch. From my experience, security felt assured, and the service staff were always willing to help with our requests. The area behind the hotel is quite bleak, and visitors might feel uncomfortable walking around there because of the surroundings and the people in the area. Still, the hotel itself, its price, its facilities, and its position on the main road near the train station made it very suitable for guests from different countries and income levels. It was easy to get around the city from there. The hotel team were warm and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend it to prospective guests.

The hotel is on the main street, so traffic noise can be heard in the room. The hotel itself is quite ordinary and quiet, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was very simple. The surrounding area didn't feel very safe to me, and it has a wholesale tobacco market.

I stayed here for 7 days, from 11 May to 18 May. It was very comfortable, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the canteen was beautiful. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious.

The price was reasonable and the staff were lovely. We had no Wi-Fi on the 4th and 5th floors, and the TV in my room was out. We reported it and they checked, but couldn't fix it. I thought they'd at least offer an apology or some discount, but apparently that was asking too much 😒. The breakfast room could be much better too. You know that feeling of sitting in your bathroom? That's what it was like.
