Ms Melis at the front desk is why this gets five stars. She made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We chose the hotel in a hurry, and at first the lively, party filled surroundings caught us off guard, with loud music everywhere. It all stopped after midnight, though, so we could get a good night’s rest.

The staff were attentive, which was the bright spot. The köfte dinner was simple and badly overcooked, and the rooms feel due for renovation, with their last update nearing the end of its life. I’d only stay if nowhere else had rooms, and wouldn’t recommend it otherwise.

Breakfast was good, and the room itself was clean. But the shower leaked all over the floor, and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t call reception. There was a lot of noise from two parties, including one inside the hotel.

The clubs nearby played music so loudly that we didn’t get a minute of sleep 😒

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was good. For the price, the services were all fair.
