For the same price, we later booked somewhere with breakfast, a working fridge, laundry and drying services, no noise, and no internet problems. I can’t recommend this hotel. Two friends and I came from out of town for work when the company was short on drivers, and we spent around 15 days there, maybe longer, in two separate rooms. I never saw them offer us a drink or snack, despite that long stay, and customer satisfaction felt very poor. My room faced the highway, so the constant noise woke me early and made it hard to sleep. When I asked to move, the receptionist said the other rooms were different. They only changed my room when we said two of us were checking out that day. The Wi-Fi in the new room was terrible, and we wound up paying double the bill. Later, we planned to watch a match downstairs and have a couple of beers. I had three, my friend had one, then he went back to his room while I stayed on. Since I was the only one at the table, they wouldn’t leave me there and moved me into a corner, like a refugee. The first half had ended, and I felt uncomfortable. I was thinking of leaving for my room when a waiter brought complimentary corn and tequila shots to the crowded tables, but nothing to me. Maybe it was because I was alone and my bill wouldn’t be much. Still, I’d made the hotel spend more than my friends there spent in a whole day eating and drinking. We put up with the rooms because the hotel was close to work. Eventually I asked the receptionist for a quiet room with working internet. He said I was the only one with Wi-Fi trouble and promised the third-floor room would be fine. I’m not sure whether it was below or next to the ventilation system, but exhaust pipes and fans were there. The noise kept me awake until 3 a.m., woke me again at 7, and I couldn’t get back to sleep. At 9 I took my things, left the keys, and went. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and some were worse, but this was still a bad experience. Drunk guests come in at 5 a.m., shouting, laughing, and making noise in the corridors, which we’re used to in hotels. But if you can’t even offer a small drink to someone who’s stayed 10-15 days, and keep assigning the worst rooms even after they ask for somewhere quiet, they’ll come away wanting to write about how they were treated. We stayed 15-20 days in total, with two people in one room, and I didn’t see them offer us a single drink or snack.

They asked for an extra fee after we’d entered the hotel and registered. Customer satisfaction was zero. Don’t come here.

The doors were broken, and the mini-fridge didn’t work at all. The beds and sheets had burn marks, and the rooms were tiny, barely big enough for a bed. Nothing worked, including the air conditioning, even though I’d specifically asked about it and was told it worked. After I paid, they said they could move me, then told me no other rooms were available. Don’t go there under any circumstances. I’m Ali Murat Süner, and I have records and messages. Don’t trust them, it’s a waste of money.

The location is handy, with trams and gas stations nearby, and parking shouldn’t be an issue. It’s a safe enough place to stay, but don’t expect much. The cleanliness was somewhere in the middle, neither clean nor dirty. Since it’s across from the highway, it’s very noisy outside.
