We had trouble finding the hotel when our taxi first brought us there. Google Maps called it Lines, while the sign said Özgür. The room's cleanliness was questionable, and the inside of the shower cabin was dirty. The air conditioner never did work, even though we told the staff and they said they'd fixed it.

It was decent enough, though the service and cleanliness could be better. Loud music came from the bar next door, and girls in very skimpy outfits were walking around there all night. Not a great spot for families.

The location is good and the staff are helpful, but the hotel is dirty and poorly maintained. The air conditioning doesn't cool, and breakfast is poor.

I left first thing this morning because it was so noisy and dirty that resting felt impossible. The air conditioner looked too filthy to switch on, the curtains were ripped, and breakfast was subpar. Don't trust the online photos and reviews. I gave it one star because I had to.

The price felt quite economical given how central it is, close to the sea and other attractions. We chose it for being near the ferry terminal, beach, restaurants, and cafes. We were lucky to arrive under new management, with a warm welcome and a renewed approach to service. They're in the middle of a substantial service-focused restructuring and renovation. I hope they keep that friendly, warm manner. I especially recommend it for families.
