Kabak Natural Life

The place itself is beautiful and the food is wonderful, but my main issue was how they treated a little street cat. This spot is called "Natural life," yet they wouldn’t let the kitten stay, even though there are dogs, cats and chickens around. They had a chance to help and chose not to. One person even asked why I’d taken her off the street, and seemed to prefer that she stay there and possibly die rather than have to help her. I don’t like that kind of “natural life.” I found the sweet, social cat in poor condition on the streets of Istanbul and took her in temporarily. I have my own cat and travel with her to different countries, and I don’t know how long I’ll be in Istanbul. I didn’t want to put the kitten back out on those dangerous streets. I believe caring for street animals is every animal lover’s responsibility, and if we can help give them a better life, we should. I stayed for 3 nights and paid 2600tl for a cabage without toilet. It was very cold at night, and when I asked for an extra blanket, they said they didn’t have one. That wasn’t the main reason for my low rating, though.

The walk to the beach is only a few minutes, and it's beautiful there too. Meals were delicious, and the staff made us feel very welcome. It's tucked away in nature, so finding the place takes a bit of effort, but the special atmosphere makes it well worth it. I can only recommend staying here.

The staff were so kind and the manager put a lot of energy into making sure everything ran smoothly. We had a great mix of relaxing and having fun, and the whole stay was unforgettable. Set right in the heart of Kabak Valley, the camp has a gorgeous natural setting, clean, stylish bungalows and really tasty food. I had an amazing time and would love to come back.

We had a tent pitch and could cook with our own gear outside. They brought out chairs and a table, even gave us some gas we needed, and were helpful whenever we had questions. Really nice place, with a friendly manager and staff. Recommended!
