The house is spacious, with five rooms and two living rooms, about 15 km from the center of Kusadasi. Every room has a toilet and shower. Two are bedrooms, and the others have two single beds. The pool is spacious too, and the garden has black furniture. But cleanliness was only mediocre. You have to walk into the house, and the dirty floors can be a real problem with a small child. There were stains on the bed and hair on the sheets when we arrived. We assumed shower towels would be provided, but there were no towels or shampoo. Our room didn't even have a blanket, though they brought one when we asked. The children's pool was cracked and unusable. The lighting in the bigger pool didn't work, and the neighboring house could see straight into it, something conservative families should keep in mind. There was a terrible sewage smell in the upstairs room coming from the bathroom. The kitchen isn't well equipped for a group stay: four pots, one small pan and one coffee pot, with no ladle or whisk. I've stayed in a villa before and had something to compare it to, and we weren't satisfied at all.
