We couldn't sleep because of the damp smell and the noise. The rooms smelled of mold, the sheets were filthy, and the bed bases had vomit and urine stains. I had to put my own T-shirt over the pillow. The couple in the next room were so loud their voices seemed to shake the whole hotel. One towel was stained, and there were no slippers in the room. Water had spilled on the stairs, and nobody cleaned it up for two days. It was still wet when we left. This definitely isn't a family hotel. Don't be misled by reviews that have been closed and reopened on Google after all the negative reviews.

Even in winter, we never had trouble getting hot water. The air conditioners were new, the staff were attentive and helpful, and the hotel was fully renovated. It was also very close to the beach and had a sea view. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the service! 🙏

The staff were understanding and helpful, and we had a holiday that was better than I expected. Our room had the sea view we wanted. I'd definitely recommend it.

For the price, it was quite good. I've been to the hotel twice and found it completely renovated, with helpful staff and good cleanliness. I'm sure I'll visit again.
